SCARS Auction Forms

Club members submitting items for the annual SCARS auction will be required to fill out certain forms. A Lot Information Card (available here as one card or three cards) is mandatory for each individual radio or electronic item. Box lots containing small items only require one Info Card per lot. All sellers are also expected to fill out a Consignment Sheet (a.k.a. "Pledge Sheet").

These forms will be available at auction check-in, but sellers are encouraged to fill them out before arriving in order to save time and to ease the burden on auction volunteers. If you can't print out the forms via the links above (Adobe Reader is required) and need to have the forms mailed to you, please contact the auction chairman ASAP:
